The Intelligent Security and Privacy (ISnP) Lab conducts research at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. The lab addresses both foundational cybersecurity challenges, such as network, system, and communication security, and emerging research directions in AI for security, where machine learning and data driven methods are used to enhance threat detection, attack attribution, defense automation, and overall system resilience. Beyond applying AI to strengthen security, the lab places strong emphasis on trustworthy AI, with the goal of designing and deploying AI systems that are secure, privacy preserving, robust, and reliable under adversarial conditions and real-world constraints. By integrating theoretical foundations with system level design and experimental evaluation, the ISnP Lab aims to advance secure and intelligent technologies and promote their practical deployment in modern cyberinfrastructure and networked systems.
